Primordial Domain

At the center of Green Lotus Great World, a pure white phantom image appears at the peak of Book Mountain, far larger than the mountain, ball-shaped, with the inner area shining dazzlingly with white light. ^{ch. 2176}

Lu Wei Yin tells Fang Yuan that if one can enter it, they can make one of their paths reach supreme grandmaster. Fang Yuan asks whether Lu Wei Yin knows where it is. Lu Wei Yin answers: the deepest layer of Crazed Demon Cave. ^{ch. 2085}

Fang Yuan finds the description in The Legends of Ren Zu vague and ambiguous, depending on the reader’s own perspective and comprehension. Lu Wei Yin says it is at the bottom of Crazed Demon Cave, that it is both the beginning and the end, and that it contains the supreme profundity of the whole of heaven and earth. Limitless Demon Venerable used it and rank nine derivation Immortal Gu as the cores to derive new worlds and create brand new heaven path dao marks. ^{ch. 2086}

Fang Yuan is shaken internally. One of his deepest suspicions has been why a portion of the venerables spent so much effort to create dao fields in the eighth layer. He understands they may also be after Primordial Domain. Lu Wei Yin says Fang Yuan has already understood a portion of it. Fang Yuan asks whether Star Constellation has revived. Lu Wei Yin says that if Star Constellation Immortal Venerable revived, she would lurk in the eighth layer and try to obtain the ninth layer’s Primordial Domain. Entering it would restore her wisdom path to supreme grandmaster, letting her use the primeval energy of the world for herself and become a complete and genuine Dao Lord. ^{ch. 2086}

Fang Yuan recalls that according to the records in The Legends of Ren Zu, Primordial Domain was originally inside Qian Kun Crystal Wall, and that Limitless Demon Venerable took it away and put it in Crazed Demon Cave. Even constructing Qian Kun Crystal Wall would not let him enter it. ^{ch. 2136}

Lu Wei Yin cites records in The Legends of Ren Zu that Ren Zu and the other two went into Primordial Domain using true meaning. He warns that Heavenly Court’s killer move Endless Learning shows a unique method of creating true meaning, which might let Heavenly Court enter earlier than others, or even, like Book Mountain which Fairy Yu Xiu is already defending, obtain Primordial Domain from the ninth layer. Fang Yuan treats it as the key of the three-party conflict: even a revived venerable needs it to become a true Dao Lord again, and whoever obtains it first gains the greatest advantage. ^{ch. 2164}

Immortal Zombie Giant Sun says Heavenly Court’s Feng Ya has already come into contact with the other core of the ninth layer, Primordial Domain. The Legends of Ren Zu, chapter five, section thirty-six, has the inkman elder tell Ren Zu that if wisdom Gu is still inside Qian Kun Crystal Wall, it can only hide in Primordial Domain, the most mysterious part of that wall. Qian Kun Crystal Wall has a record of everything that happens in the world. Primordial Domain contains the information of the world since creation and the information of the ends of all living beings. It is both the starting point and the ending point. The inkman elder says it has nothing yet comprises everything. The inkmen have only heard of the location and have never entered it. ^{ch. 2176}

Star Constellation Immortal Venerable flies into it. Zhan Bu Du follows but passes through; without special methods there is no way to enter. Immortal Zombie Giant Sun uses Calamity Luck Altar and Luck Suppression Heavenly Palace to make a path and enter after her. ^{ch. 2184}

Fang Yuan uses Xi Land and Hu Land. The two secluded domains of heaven and earth let out misty white light that mixes into one and forms a horizontal pillar of light, and a qi vortex from that pillar shrouds Primordial Domain so he can go in, with Lu Wei Yin, Zhan Bu Du, Demon Immortal Qi Jue, and Qi Sea Ancestor following. Lu Wei Yin says Primordial Domain sits between Xi Land and Hu Land. ^{ch. 2185}

Entering forces attainment levels up unnaturally, with pain in the mind rather than body or soul. The domain contains the profundities of all paths, and any Gu cultivator can benefit. It is extremely fragile: Fang Yuan’s dao marks make it crumble wherever he goes, though the attainment those areas hold transfers into him before they collapse. ^{ch. 2185}

Star Constellation Immortal Venerable attacks it when she cannot collect as fast as Fang Yuan and Immortal Zombie Giant Sun together. After dozens of moves it is completely destroyed, most of that destruction done by her. Those who had entered do not fall into the eighth layer; they find themselves in a void, Crazed Demon Cave’s ninth layer. Fang Yuan judges that Book Mountain and Primordial Domain are cores Heavenly Court took out from the Crazed Demon formation. ^{ch. 2187}
