In The Legends of Ren Zu, Ren Zu reaches the deepest part of the Door of Life and Death, a death domain of endless darkness, and finds Verdant Great Sun beside a lake drinking wine. Fairness Gu tells Ren Zu that obsession death domain is the world’s most tranquil place, that Verdant Great Sun drinks the world’s supreme quality wine there, and that he is free from outside worries. Ren Zu cannot bring his son’s soul back, bids farewell to fairness Gu and his son, and leaves the obsession death domain. ch. 411

Soul calming water
Fang Yuan states that the best way to pacify the soul is to use Bewitching Lake’s water, found in Obsession Death Domain, recorded in The Legends of Ren Zu and praised by Verdant Great Sun as an excellent wine. He does not have that water, and says that even if he did he would not dare drink it. ch. 672
Fairness Immortal Gu
Fang Yuan recalls that The Legends of Ren Zu explain road of life, road of death, and Obsession Death Domain which held fairness Immortal Gu. In those legends, after Verdant Great Sun died his soul returned to the Door of Life and Death, and rank nine venerables along with all living beings share that outcome in the end. ch. 1010
Spectral Soul in the domain
Inside Obsession Death Domain, Spectral Soul Demon Venerable says that from start to finish he did not find the souls of any other Immortal Venerables or Demon Venerables there, and decides to send out split souls to pave the way for his main body. ch. 1016
