Fang Yuan borrows the set from Lang Ya land spirit at Lang Ya blessed land. The stated price is two thousand immortal essence stones, and he also leaves two Immortal Gu as collateral before the land spirit hands over the sixteen Immortal Gu. ^{ch. 900}

Formations and use

Before the move, Fang Yuan spends seven days and six nights with a borrowed wisdom path Immortal Gu and obtains two Gu formation charts: a larger chart for Star Form blessed land with eight formation cores, and a smaller chart for a spinefin star dragonfish with four formation cores. Those twelve cores each need a specific Immortal Gu from the set. ^{ch. 900}

He places the eight Immortal Gu in the blessed land, places the four Immortal Gu on the dragonfish, then activates the remaining four Immortal Gu for the transfer itself. Limits of the move

The carrier must be a desolate beast or ancient desolate beast. While it holds the transplanted immortal aperture, it cannot take in another immortal aperture and cannot use Immortal Gu, or the formations collapse and the relocation fails, with Immortal Gu at risk of destruction. Fang Yuan also cannot store that dragonfish in his own immortal aperture or help it with other Immortal Gu or immortal killer moves; the beast must move on its own physical strength, so the distance of each relocation is limited. Earth Abyss relocation

Old Immortal Kong Jue named this relocation method the immortal aperture transplantation method. That move is incomplete: it uses up to sixteen core Immortal Gu, the highest core count Fang Yuan has seen in an immortal killer move at that point, yet it only joins the blessed land and the beast with difficulty for a while, rather than a perfect permanent transplant. Long Hair Ancestor later obtained Kong Jue’s inheritance and failed to complete the move; under Yi Yan’s inspection he still found the incomplete version valuable, because Gu Immortals can use it to relocate the immortal apertures of dead Gu Immortals. Fang Yuan uses that Lang Ya method to relocate Star Form blessed land deeper into Earth Abyss. ^{ch. 901}
