Fire Path Dao Marks

Because of a fire calamity, Hu Immortal blessed land gains fire path dao marks. Those marks help remodel the blessed land’s environment so later plantings and resources can take hold after earlier soil and climate limits. ^{ch. 826} After a Gu Immortal passes a tribulation, the immortal aperture can gain many fire path dao marks, which change the environment and temperature. A wood path Gu Immortal who stripped wood resources to dodge a wood tribulation can instead draw a fire path tribulation and then find the old resources unfit for the hotter, fire-marked world. ^{ch. 939}

After annexing Fire Plain grotto-heaven and gaining a bunch of fire path dao marks, the entire temperature of Fang Yuan’s immortal aperture rises gradually, and many water path or wood path resource points suffer as a result. ^{ch. 2109} The same surge nearly erupts Fire Bird Mountain until rockmen suppress it with an immortal formation, and fire rain in Mini Red Heaven grows more frequent. ^{ch. 2127 ch. 2140}

When angry bird crashes into the green giant’s chest, temporary fire path dao marks are left behind. Blazing Heaven Demoness uses those marks as the basis to unleash fire prison, elevating its power and temporarily trapping the green giant. ^{ch. 942} After taking the sovereign immortal fetus Gu body, Fang Yuan judges he holds quite a number of fire path dao marks when fire cape Gu’s flames cover him taller and longer than the same Gu on Huo Kong Dong. ^{ch. 1025}

Blazing Heaven Demoness adds a trace of fire path dao marks on each fire path immortal material. The increase is very small, but it accumulates with every immortal material used and takes substantial effect during the refinement process, ruining the Gu refinement. She says Fang Yuan cannot detect it because his fire path attainment has not reached great grandmaster. ^{ch. 946} At great grandmaster height she later shows extreme sensitivity toward fire path dao marks, which is why that sabotage was possible. ^{ch. 1502}

Nirvana fire has a prerequisite: fire path dao marks need to be expended from the Gu Immortal’s body. Fang Yuan has none, so if he wants to revive using nirvana fire he needs Blazing Heaven Demoness to use it for him. ^{ch. 951} Eerie fire dragon pythons need a living environment with more fire path dao marks, just as regretful spiders lean on wisdom path marks and dragonfish on food and water path marks. ^{ch. 1066}

Hei Lou Lan focuses on fire path after receiving Blazing Heaven Demoness’ inheritance and Immortal Gu, yet she does not have even a trace of fire path dao marks in her body. She can still almost replicate Blazing Heaven Demoness’ methods with those Gu and the inheritance alone. ^{ch. 1256}
