Contribution points are an internal currency that sects and alliances award for missions, recommendations, and contributed goods, then spend on rewards and exchanges.
Immortal Crane Sect disciples and elders contribute relic Gu to the sect in exchange for contribution points. The sect then places green copper to purple crystal relic Gu as rewards for sect missions. ch. 421 In wartime, battle merits and sect contribution points can replace primeval stones and immortal essence stones as currency and push economic activity. ch. 667
Zombie Alliance ledger
Gu Ye tends the myriad poison date tree for two years before he gathers enough contribution points to exchange for Green Crystal Hero’s Path. ch. 739 Recommending a new member awards three hundred contribution points by alliance rules. Suppressing the erupting flame furnace is assessed at a thousand Zombie Alliance contribution points, then raised to one thousand two hundred when the assignee bargains. ch. 741
Sect exchange
As an external supreme elder of Lang Ya Sect, Fang Yuan can spend sect contribution points to exchange for methods. Lending Dang Hun Mountain, Luo Po Valley, and wisdom Gu yields three hundred sect contribution points under sect rules, one hundred each, while contributing them outright would score much higher. Sect contribution points are meant to be used, and completing sect missions increases the total. ch. 1032
