When he awakens and joins the fight for Heavenly Court’s immortal graveyard, he charges between Immortal Gu Houses and uses Rugged Fiendish Qi, blowing out fiendish qi that gathers into mountains and valleys. Uncle Feng and Fairy Maiden Soul recognize him. With his help, Heavenly Court defends the immortal graveyard. He beckons Shabi Ninety-five as master, pets it, and mostly heals its injuries, then faces Demon Immortal Qi Jue while calling himself the junior risking his life in battle. ^{ch. 2181}

Riding Shabi Ninety-five, he stops Shen Shang and Demon Immortal Qi Jue. Qi Jue’s Xi Xi suppresses him; Shen Shang attacks in coordination. He holds for a few breaths of time before Qi Jue and Shen Shang kill him, and Shabi Ninety-five is hacked into two on the spot. ^{ch. 2198}

With Golden Hooped Great Immortal and Duke Mei, he appears as one of three rank eight Gu Immortals sent on Star Constellation Immortal Venerable’s orders to capture Fairy Zi Wei. When Fairy Zi Wei calls for Feng Jiu Ge, he snorts that they will take care of him too. ^{ch. 2270} Against Spectral Soul Demon Venerable, he attacks with the other two Heavenly Court immortals and helps defend the Shadow Sect pair rather than striking them first. ^{ch. 2271}
