Dong Lu Chen

Narration names him Dong clan’s first supreme elder: he remains unscathed while treasure moon oasis is wiped from existence, and even as a rank eight Gu Immortal he can do nothing. The oasis is a mid sized resource point that matters to him because his beloved wife is buried there; he mourns her there every year at a certain time. Dao marks are lost but her grave is untouched, so clan losses are not severe and he is not particularly angry at first. When another rank eight later asks him about the matter, he is forced into double-meaning praise while hating Fang Yuan and wanting to declare innocence. ^{ch. 1780}

In the following days he deploys people to strengthen defenses against Fang clan and is quite fearful of an attack announcement. Secretly he wants Fang clan’s investigation to clear Dong clan’s name; on the surface he keeps a tough stance and constantly seeks compensation from Fang clan over treasure moon oasis. ^{ch. 1781}

When Fang clan loses resource points, words left in the rubble read that Dong Lu Chen was here. Narration restates he is Dong clan’s first supreme elder and that Fang clan earlier took revenge on him by destroying one of Dong clan’s oasis resource points with a theft path Immortal Gu House. He scolds the frame, suspects other super forces, writes Fang Gong, and later joins a joint search that points at neighboring clans he prefers to keep for dealing with Fang clan. ^{ch. 1851}
