Everything happens too fast to follow. One moment the dragon is still hemmed in by star fragments, and Qun Xing stands at the battlefield’s far end with fragments orbiting him like a lord of stars. Then, instantly, Fang Yuan bursts forward on sword escape Immortal Gu, destroys every fragment in his path, and reaches Ye Lui Qun Xing. Looking at the messy battlefield, both sides only now grasp what happened: Liu Guan Yi has killed Ye Lui Qun Xing, and no one could react fast enough to stop him. Inside Golden Dawn Hall, Nu Er Gu breaks a long silence with a grave warning that Liu Guan Yi is extremely crafty and that everyone should be wary of him in the future. Nian Er Yi Fang warns Nian Er Ping Zhi to steer clear of this Liu Guan Yi, telling him to retreat rather than fight should they ever meet alone. Ping Zhi agrees, saying he is only a Sword Child now, but that once he becomes a Swordmaster at rank seven he will properly fight this Elder Liu Guan Yi.
