Spring Autumn Success

In the Infallible blessed land battle, after Dragon Palace self-detonates, Fang Yuan’s clone activates Spring Autumn Success. At the same moment Fairy Zi Wei activates Benevolent Equality. Duke Long then kills Fang Yuan’s main body. ^{ch. 1748}

That rebirth ran years into the past because the clone already had rank seven cultivation, Spring Autumn Cicada had been advanced to rank seven, and he had used this move. The main body was killed while the time path clone self-detonated, giving Spring Autumn Cicada more fuel. Red Lotus’ true inheritance also holds Spring Autumn Target, which can return to a chosen time but cannot guarantee success, so he chose Spring Autumn Success to remove failure. After the rebirth, Spring Autumn Cicada is rank six again and lethargic; once it recovers, he can use this move once more. ^{ch. 1750}

Time Anchor Immortal Gu can pair with Spring Autumn Cicada into a killer move that returns Fang Yuan to a marked time. He cannot use Spring Autumn Success if he uses that pairing, because it lacks a hundred percent success rate, and a failure would be suicide. Fate Gu is injured and not destroyed, which he judges can restrict merging Time Anchor into Spring Autumn Success. Only fate Gu’s complete destruction would let that merge work. ^{ch. 1810}

Fairy Zi Wei’s account of Benevolent Equality uses this move as the worked case: if Fang Yuan self-detonates through Spring Autumn Success and sends memories back, a person she looked at during her cast would receive the same treatment. ^{ch. 1918}
