Folklore and clothing Gu
Southern Border folklore says a fairy wove a wedding dress, tossed it into this lake, and a fisherman who lived by the lake picked it up and became her husband. The tale ends with the immortal and mortal living inside the lake. That story is mostly fiction, yet the lake has all sorts of clothing Gu, among them fire cloak Gu, water armor Gu, and wood armor Gu. Under Qiao clan control it produced three wild Immortal Gu. ch. 1346
Contested holdings
While Qiao clan’s first supreme elder is missing and the clan pulls Gu Immortals back to defend its base, Ba clan and Xia clan move against Qiao clan. Qiao clan loses wedding dress lake and empty origin pit; Ba clan annexes the lake and Xia clan annexes the pit. ch. 1346
