Li Qiang, called Rock Lizard, is a famous demonic path Gu Master who attends Century Boy's banquet on San Cha Mountain.
On San Cha Mountain, he argues aloud that little beast king’s strength comes from three kings inheritance secrets and presses Li Xian on deals with Fang Yuan. He warns Century Boy that Fang Yuan is mean, unreasonable, and tyrannical, and reminds him that Century Boy is also a strength path Gu Master. When Fang Yuan challenges outside, Li Qiang, Fiery Star Bao Tong, and others put their cups down with grave faces; Li Qiang’s grave expression immediately relaxes once Fang Yuan says the trouble is only for Century Boy. ch. 367
After the banquet fight
Narration groups Rock Lizard Li Qiang and Fiery Star Bao Tong as only rank four upper stage. They stay seated under Fang Yuan’s threat rather than speak out. ch. 368
Toast and offer
He raises a wine cup to congratulate Fang Yuan and calls Century Boy a scum of the strength path, reversing his earlier closeness. When Fang Yuan dismisses many of Century Boy’s godchildren, Li Qiang keeps the cup raised, forces a smile, and offers to kill those who leave so the roots are pulled, saying he has memorized their faces as thanks for inheritance information. ch. 369
Treasure raid
When a Gu Immortal treasure draw gathers Li Xian, Bao Tong, Rock Lizard Li Qiang, and others, Mo Wu Tian orders Li Qiang to take three hundred people head-on, meet steel armor dogs after a few dozen steps, fight while retreating left into chrysanthemum akita dogs, then charge southeast after defeating them. ch. 391
Failed charge and spoils
Li Qiang questions whether Mo Wu Tian saw clearly: the steel armor dogs appeared as said, but the left retreat met lightning symbol dogs and chrysanthemum akita dogs together in numbers they could not handle, so they returned after fruitless slaughter. After Mo Wu Tian ends Bao Tong, Li Qiang joins Li Xian and Hu Mei Er in taking Bao Tong’s Gu, then turns attention back to the Gu Immortal treasure talk. ch. 392
