It comes from the yellow spring sea area, Zombie Alliance’s headquarters territory and the largest zombie farm in the five regions. The current also flows the wrong way for him. This pale white thousand illusion water, from Eastern Sea’s thousand illusion sea area, raises illusions his wisdom path methods block with ease. A third current, magma current, comes from Western Desert’s blazing glory pit. It demands a defensive killer move. His immortal essence expenditure runs several times that of the two earlier currents, though the magma current is small and quickly crossed. ch. 1155
No new current follows; Fang Yuan enters an empty space instead. On his front-left churns black soul water from the black soul sea area, carrying soul path and dark path dao marks. On his right runs a golden current he judges gold fragment current, likely debris from an immemorial yellow heaven fragment world. He shoots into the gold fragment current, resisting more than ten times the magma but costing him less essence. Crossing it, he gathers up to five hundred kilograms of gold fragments. It also holds Gu worms, mostly metal path: golden dragon Gu, golden aurora Gu that lets a Gu Master fly, and the rare polished gold Gu, a one time consumable that raises aptitude. That polished gold Gu holds little use for Fang Yuan, who casually collects some anyway. Pushing toward the center, Fang Yuan meets a huge current: lightning water. He has reached the center now, too dangerous to enter currents rashly. Their strength could sweep him away, so reaching his goal from here is a matter of luck. A good current carries him smoothly; a bad one sends him circling for many more. ch. 1155
He enters the current. Only its surface carries the destructive force, so sinking low costs him little. Reaching its end, he crosses into another similar current, fairly lucky. A day and night later he reaches an empty space and rests, tired from the expenditure. ch. 1155
A giant oyster soon emerges above him, the size of four elephants and white-gold. Startled, it falters, and a voice from inside asks how a mere rank six Gu Immortal reached this place. Its shell opens on pinkish flesh, where two mortal women lie undressed atop a young male Gu Immortal. Curious and overbearing, he demands Fang Yuan’s name, angered by silence. Fang Yuan instead asks whether this is the rumored hidden room oyster. ch. 1155
Flattered, the young man says he won it from his grandfather, Ren Xiu Ping, the famous enslavement path Gu Immortal in Eastern Sea. Fang Yuan names Ren Xiu Ping a peak rank seven expert who recently raised this grandson to immortal; the young man confirms it. Fang Yuan demands the oyster, promising to spare his life. Furious, the young man calls him blind despite his foresight, courting death by offending the wrong person. Before he can finish, Fang Yuan attacks: strength path giant hand seizes the oyster, its shells cracking under the pressure. ch. 1155
Terrified, he calls it a misunderstanding, names himself Ren Xiu Ping’s grandson again, and offers friendship. Fang Yuan wants no friendship, demanding instead the Gu worm that controls the oyster, or he dies here. The grandson protests that Fang Yuan is a demonic path Gu Immortal and warns that his grandfather will not let this go. It is just Ren Xiu Ping, Fang Yuan says, smiling as his aura surges from rank six to the peak of rank seven. The grandson’s face turns ashen, and the two women shrink shivering into a corner. ch. 1155
