Life Locking Silver Chain is Zhao Lian Yun's immortal killer move. Six silvery chains fly from a silver shield around her body.
At Spirit Affinity House, after a thin silvery light shield holds off tens of thousands of black crows, she activates this defensive killer move on the first try. The chains move like dragons through the flock, stabbing and killing until no crows remain alive in the ten li around her. They then form a round cylinder of tight defense that rips attacking crows to shreds. She finds it can attack and defend at once. Heavenly Court chose the move for her as powerful, easy to control, using few Gu worms, with simple activation steps. ch. 1234
Hall clash
In a real fight she fails twice under the intense atmosphere, then succeeds on the third attempt and ties Zhao Da Niu. He cannot break the chains by arm strength. He then uses his main killer move rising heaven bull qi. An explosion sends the hall ceiling flying, the silver chain breaks into pieces that vanish as specks of silver light, and she suffers backlash from the forceful break on top of his attack. ch. 1255
Tenth snowy peak
Against Zhao Pu she prepares the move in advance. A silver light covers her, chains clash inside it, and six bright silver chains shoot out, nimble, and form a strong defense around her. The chains can attack on their own, coordinate with each other, and hold both attack and defense. Zhao Pu cannot break that defense and has to pull back. This move and meteor rain are the two she has practised the most. She then tries a third killer move, slightly more complex than those two. Life locking silver chain is already up, so the surroundings resemble the training field, but her mental state is not the same, and her few attempts at that third move fail. ch. 1262 Zhao Pu’s ordinary methods cannot break the chains.
