Imperfection Regret Pavilion

The same route is restated when Longevity Heaven enters the left path: it stops at Imperfection Regret Pavilion on that peak. ^{ch. 1711}

In an Olden Antiquity Era recollection, Star Constellation’s will names the pavilion Imperfection Regret Pavilion. Limitless Demon Venerable reads it as a rank eight Immortal Gu House at a glance and stays inside for days playing chess with her will. When he leaves and her will vanishes, the pavilion becomes a forbidden area of Heavenly Court. At times Gu Immortals see two vague side-view figures inside who resemble Limitless Demon Venerable and Star Constellation Immortal Venerable; most who see that die days later, while a few survivors gain a sharp rise in strength. Forgotten Dao Lake and Imperfection Regret Pavilion are part of Star Constellation Immortal Venerable’s set up beyond the nine-nine consecutive unceasing formation. ^{ch. 1714}

During Longevity Heaven’s later attack, two chess-playing shadows and a chessboard appear again in the empty pavilion, and Limitless Demon Venerable flicks a chess piece that becomes a rank nine restraint on Duke Long. ^{ch. 1714}

Genesis Lotus Immortal Venerable treats the chess game set by Limitless Demon Venerable and Star Constellation Immortal Venerable as holding both venerables’ power plus constant replenishment from Heavenly Court, and walks down Star Zone Mountain rather than force the board apart. ^{ch. 1720} Duke Long later understands that the game is one with Heavenly Court and draws strength from it under the old secret agreement between Star Constellation’s will and Limitless Demon Venerable, and that the silver chains on him came from one piece of that board. ^{ch. 1721}

When a yellow beam from Giant Sun Immortal Venerable’s leftover method is about to strike the refinement path formation, the image of the two venerables playing chess appears again in Imperfection Regret Pavilion. Star Constellation Immortal Venerable tosses a chess piece; starlight gathers into a web that stops the beam, and Heavenly Court Gu Immortals look to the pavilion in reverence. ^{ch. 1735}
