Time Luck

Time Luck looks like a pale green jade centipede. It swims above Fang Yuan’s head with a watery sheen while he feeds it green grape immortal essence. Activating it expends immortal essence and the Gu Immortal’s lifespan for a luck boost. Using inch of time instead of lifespan works only briefly: a mountain of inch of time vanishes in a few breaths, and the Gu stops when that support ends, with almost no lasting luck gain. ^{ch. 778}

Fang Yuan later forces Fairy Li Shan to hand over that killer move. Its name is time assist luck. It uses Time Luck as the core, steals other people’s lifespan, and temporarily boosts the user’s own luck. He had already failed to make inch of time a cheap substitute, and his time path attainment was too low to deduce a better pairing himself. ^{ch. 815} When he activates time assist luck, Time Luck is the core while surrounding mortal Gu support a white-gold mist of light. ^{ch. 822}

A later inventory lists Time Luck among Fang Yuan’s rank six luck path Immortal Gu, already poorly matched to his rank seven cultivation. ^{ch. 1482} He later advances Time Luck to rank seven with other Immortal Gu. ^{ch. 1683}

When he assembles the Immortal Gu House Cooking Luck Pot, he adds Time Luck with his other luck path Immortal Gu into the construction. ^{ch. 1823} Cooking Luck Pot then carries Time Luck, Luck Inspection, Dog Shit Luck, Qi Luck, Connect Luck, and other Immortal Gu as basic functions of the House. ^{ch. 1824}
