Giant Mountain Puppet Gu gathers mountain rock around a copper mask into an eighteen-meter puppet. Tie Xue Leng uses it at the Qing Mao blood lake and later to save Tie Ruo Nan.
At the blood lake under Qing Mao Mountain, Tie Xue Leng pours rank five primeval essence into his copper mask after Oil Dragon Gu and Fire Dragon Gu force Blood River Python back. Debris and soil gather around the mask into a human shape that grows to eighteen meters, and the text names Giant Mountain Puppet Gu. ch. 185
Appearance
The Gu centers on a copper mask that brightens from a glimmer into dazzling green light as essence pours in. Mountain rocks condense around that mask into a robust giant whose face is the enlarged copper mask, simple and unadorned. Horse chariots could run on its arms and it could hold an elephant on its fist. Standing in the blood lake, water reaches only about its waist. ch. 185 It later forms into a copper mask that covers Tie Ruo Nan’s face. ch. 202
Effect
The puppet descends into the blood lake, calls Fire Dragon Gu onto its right arm and Oil Dragon Gu onto its left, and fights Blood River Python with iron-hand support from Ironfist Grappling Gu. Its rock body has the softness of red soil, so the python’s constriction can shrink its waist. ch. 185
Qing Mao extraction
Five to six days after the fight with Gu Yue first head, Tie Xue Leng is at death’s door and sends Mountain Giant Puppet Gu with Iron Fist Grappling Gu for his daughter’s safety. The puppet Gu forms a copper mask over Tie Ruo Nan’s face while the iron hand carries her clear of Qing Mao Mountain. Both Gu were already infected by Blood Frenzy Gu and turn into a pool of blood soon after finishing that task. ch. 202
