The sword dragon attacked once more, and both fairies, badly injured but still protected by their rank seven strength, at last begged Fang Yuan for mercy. They offered wealth, a withdrawal from the dragonfish business, and a promise never to seek revenge. Fang Yuan demanded one Immortal Gu each as proof of sincerity, and You Chan proposed a mutual non-aggression pact sealed with information path methods, which he agreed to in words. But the negotiation broke down over enforcement. The two women wanted his death guaranteed if he broke the pact, a term he would not accept. He had meant to shed the dao marks of an unfavorable alliance agreement with his self cleansing immortal formation, but he could not control it himself, it needed time, and it could not undo an instant death rule. Fang Yuan found his chance and tore half of Qin Bai He’s body apart, exposing her organs and bones. You Chan rushed to Qin Bai He’s aid without knowing that she herself was Fang Yuan’s true target all along, and the ancient sword dragon caught her unguarded and bit her. Fang Yuan chewed and swallowed her, and she died, turned to mushy flesh and blood. Qin Bai He screamed in grief and charged at him. Fang Yuan broke her defense with purple thought perception starlight, then breathed out sword light dragon breath that completely decimated her body, leaving only her head. He finished her with his dragon claw, tearing the head apart, and Qin Bai He died as well. ch. 1486
