Fang Yuan wills the first rotation, which takes fifteen minutes. His gaze drives the second, faster, in seven minutes. His breath resonates with the ring for the third, finished in an instant. He hums for the fourth, and the ring spins violently until that rotation completes. After a rest he raises his arms as if carrying a heavy load. The ring rotates and also ascends. At his shoulder it pauses and explodes. Fang Yuan, at the center, takes the full force, spatters blood, and is heavily injured. Second refinement
Fang Yuan takes over again after Sixth Hair deactivates the hall formation. White light condenses into a huge ring parallel to the ground, surrounding him. The refinement path killer move Heavenly Light Ring activates. The first rotation succeeds by his will, the second by his gaze, the third by his breath. The fourth, fifth, and sixth also succeed. At the seventh the ring has already shrunk to basin-size and floats above his head. It shrinks into a tiny speck. Heavenly secret Gu at rank seven lands on Fang Yuan’s head. ch. 1475
