Directional Confusion Fog

In Lang Ya blessed land, Fang Yuan chooses to modify Purple Mountain True Monarch’s wisdom path killer moves because they are powerful, he has grandmaster wisdom path attainment, and he already holds a batch of wisdom path Immortal Gu left behind by Purple Mountain True Monarch. Directional confusion fog is named in that batch with purple blood river formation, purple thought light shield, ignited thought flying rock, single thought flower blossom, purple thought perception starlight, thought body defense, and single thought myriad flow elimination. ^{ch. 1463}

On cloud soil, Fang Yuan stretches out both palms and pushes out a wave of fog. Directional confusion fog can make Gu Immortals lose their sense of direction. Facing Divine Bean Palace in green ghost desert, Fang Yuan spits out a huge amount of fog that covers the area and envelops the Gu Immortals on the battlefield. Eagle Concubine stops. Old Ghost Bai Jun pulls his immemorial soul beasts close. Fang Leng says the fog interferes with sense of direction, and they were affected even with an Immortal Gu House’s protection. Divine Bean Palace enters the fog and still chases Fang Yuan down: the fog has no effect on it. Fang Yuan had modified the move. Originally the fog was purple and not big, though it could confuse even rank eight Gu Immortals. After modification it has no effect on rank eight Gu Immortals, an amplified effect on rank seven and below, a changed color, a greatly expanded range, and a drastically shortened duration. Because of that ineffectiveness Divine Bean Palace almost hits him. He cannot confuse the palace, but he can confuse others, and he uses that chance so Divine Bean Palace collides with the winged black python immemorial soul beast instead. ^{ch. 1515}

After the green ghost desert battle, Fang Yuan modifies the move again with theft path attainment, adding many theft path mortal Gu and adding great thief Immortal Gu as its core to steal the enemy’s perception. Its might soars and it can affect rank eight Gu Immortals again. Activation is slightly more convenient, but it is still a rank seven move. ^{ch. 1558}

Against Thunder Ghost True Monarch Jing Lan, large amounts of fog spread around her and mess up her sense of direction. Fang Yuan only means to delay her. He is surprised that this rank seven move traps her. Jing Lan lacks many of her Immortal Gu, and every killer move she uses suffers backlash from the regional wall. She tries many methods and cannot deal with the move properly; they only thin the fog a little. He keeps activating it, the fog piles up in layers, and sword dragons pierce in from all directions. He then leaves, adding more uses of myriad dragon and directional confusion fog before he goes. In that battle he uses directional confusion fog an unprecedentedly high number of times. ^{ch. 1558} Jing Lan beats back the myriad dragons and gets rid of the fog with much difficulty, but Fang Yuan has already left without a trace. ^{ch. 1559}
