On the night of Duke Long’s birthday celebration, Duke Long tells Wu Shuai to return the island. Wu Shuai says he won it fair and square and plans to make it a home for dragonmen. Duke Long says it belonged to Wind Cloud Manor and was taken through a scheme, and asks why Wu Shuai must relocate there instead of staying in the sect. Wu Shuai refuses to return it. ^{ch. 1840}

Wind Cloud Manor goes to Duke Long to settle the matter. Wu Shuai still insists. With help from other dragonman Gu Immortals, and with Wind Cloud Manor wary of Duke Long, he relocates his people to live there. Even after a hundred years, Wind Cloud Manor keeps trying to reclaim it and does not succeed. Sects suppress and isolate the island during those years. ^{ch. 1840}

After a hundred years, with dragonman Gu Immortal help, a rank seven Immortal Gu House is completed there. As creator, Wu Shuai names it Dragon Court. His father warns that human Gu Immortals will read the name as a rebellious sign toward Heavenly Court rather than a complement. Wu Shuai keeps the name. ^{ch. 1840}
