Heaven's will Gu is named when Xiao Mang activates three Gu together before shouting the killer move Immemorial Light Fist.
On San Cha mountain, Xiao Mang opens his eyes wide, activates primeval essence, and lifts his fists high. He names Extreme light Gu, Heaven’s will Gu, and Empty fist Gu in that order, then names the killer move Immemorial Light Fist. Extreme light Gu has no attacking power alone. Combined with the other two Gu, including this one, it can form an intense attack. ch. 389

Xiao Mang stands at the peak of San Cha mountain and names the same three Gu, Heaven’s will Gu among them, before naming Immemorial Light Fist again. ch. 402
