Thieves Den

From Fang Di Chang’s soul, Fang Yuan confirms this is Thieving Heaven Demon Venerable’s Immortal Gu House, badly damaged because Fang clan was weak in theft path and lacked complete contents when they obtained it. At that time it has one ability: consume theft path dao marks in theft path immortal materials as catalyst and steal outside dao marks onto those materials, leaving them filled with disorderly marks and worthless. It can steal outside dao marks but has no method to use them, which is why Fang Yuan had not planned to seize it until he saw identical dao marks gathering in Crazed Demon Cave. Bringing it out there risks conflicting force that would shatter it, unlike the sovereign immortal body. ^{ch. 1865}

Fang Yuan judges Thieves Den a rank eight theft path Immortal Gu House that is still highly damaged, and that it could not handle Limitless Demon Venerable’s rank nine formation even if brought out. ^{ch. 1866}

In a transaction Fang Yuan names Thieves Den his first demand, with Fang clan taking over green ghost desert and supplying soul cores among further terms. Fang clan agrees, and he begins closed cultivation deciphering the damaged house. ^{ch. 2102}

Fang Yuan uses theft path Immortal Gu he refined to reconstruct Thieves Den. The prior house had been used too many times as Thieving Heaven Demon Venerable’s original version, so he repairs and replenishes lacking Gu worms on that foundation with few structural changes; eras had produced new Gu worms better suited to it, while structure and killer moves were already close to perfect. With Cooking Luck Pot and Peaceful Soil Heavy Mountain Fortress, it is one of the three main Immortal Gu Houses he focuses on then. ^{ch. 2119}

He later takes out the repaired house and uses its killer move Steal Dao, still consuming theft path immortal materials as catalyst to steal outside dao marks onto those materials without a built-in way to use the stolen marks. The house is already a peak level creation and cannot be modified further. ^{ch. 2133}

In Crazed Demon Cave’s seventh layer, activating Steal Dao through Thieves Den steals gathered dao marks into corresponding pure rank nine immortal materials inside the house. The burden, especially immortal essence cost, pales Fang Yuan as he continues, and he later has the house devour three venerable paths at the eighth-layer entrance for more rank nine materials. ^{ch. 2155}
