Wild Gu at rank five reside in a beast emperor’s body; such an emperor has rank five battle strength and can control myriad beast kings. Gu Immortals rarely sell beast emperors, because they reflect a blessed land’s strength, though wounded examples such as an old night wolf beast emperor still appear briefly in treasure yellow heaven and are bought quickly. ch. 491 ch. 492
