Chen Da Jiang

He is a young man with a squarish face and an honest appearance. He has an honest and righteous air. ^{ch. 1992}

In Divine Emperor City’s painting world he introduces himself to Sun Yao as Chen Da Jiang of Wind Cloud Manor. Narration calls him the current generation number one disciple of that sect and a recommended candidate sent into the painting. He has a squarish face and an honest appearance. He reads the famine street as a historical Emperor City scene merged into the painting, joins Sun Yao in aiding beggars, and greets Xiao Qi Xing of Spirit Butterfly Valley. When Xiao Qi Xing urges them toward the military camp for human path Gu, Chen Da Jiang refuses and stays to finish helping the beggars. Shen Shang later judges that he and Sun Yao, still acting by their own nature after learning some inside story, will benefit greatly if they continue. ^{ch. 1992}

When divine bean soldiers appear, he frowns over what they are, then agrees they should be killed and joins Xiao Qi Xing’s temporary force. ^{ch. 2011}

After Xiao Qi Xing clears yellow bean divine soldiers, Chen Da Jiang praises him; Xiao Qi Xing answers that if Chen Da Jiang had walked the same path back then, he would have like accomplishments. In street fighting Chen Da Jiang goes through an outer gate with officers around him, joining the front with a long sword and a steel chain. ^{ch. 2012}

Afterward he says hatefully that Fang Di Chang is not worthy of Western Desert’s righteous path for slaughtering innocents. ^{ch. 2013}

With Xiao Qi Xing at the front, Fairy Bi Xia, Sun Yuan Hua, Sun Yao, Ying Sheng Ji, Chen Da Jiang, and the rest appear together and draw a disturbance as the painting world’s famous Gu Immortal seeds. ^{ch. 2065}

In a growling beast painting world, when Xiao Qi Xing calls for the group to move against stronger beasts, Chen Da Jiang, Gu Ting, and the rest begin to attack. ^{ch. 2081}
