Calligraphy Pavilion Lady is a rank eight lone immortal of Central Continent who owns the Immortal Gu House Calligraphy Pavilion.
She is a leader of Central Continent’s lone cultivators. Her daughter Shu Jiu Ling loved Fan Ji, was impregnated, then was refused marriage and locked herself in her mother’s residence. Calligraphy Pavilion Lady became furious and wanted to settle the score, but Fan Ji was the last disciple of Black Heaven Temple’s first supreme elder Kong Yi Hen, so she could not act rashly. Kong Yi Hen brought Fan Ji to Calligraphy Pavilion to negotiate. The talks failed and the two rank eights fought for a few rounds, then stopped. After Shu Jiu Ling fainted from anger and woke wanting an open husband contest, Calligraphy Pavilion Lady could not convince her otherwise. The dragonman race treats a marriage tie to her as a way to pull a rank eight lone immortal who is already going against Black Heaven Temple onto their side. ch. 1833
Immortal ascension aid
Wu Shuai obeyed his father’s orders and became Shu Jiu Ling’s husband in order to create a relationship with her. She played a significant role in Wu Shuai’s ascension to become a Gu Immortal and provided lots of resources. ch. 1835
Censure Peak
When the dragonmen seek pressure on Black Heaven Temple over Censure Peak, they contact her and Green Ant Ascetic, and neither helps. Wu Shuai calls her even worse: he is her son-in-law and Fan Ji harmed her daughter, yet she does not say a word. He later ranks her among the people he cannot rely on. ch. 1839
Victory banquet
After Wu Shuai kills Song Tao Zi, the doorman announces her arrival and the hall goes into a commotion because a rank eight Gu Immortal has shown up. She does not come alone: she brings Shu Jiu Ling, Wu Shuai’s wife-in-name. She smiles lightly and congratulates her son-in-law on his victory. After the banquet she leaves her daughter behind and tells the couple they should stay together. ch. 1841
Secret capture
Wu Shuai secretly targeted Green Ant Ascetic, Wine Fairy, and Calligraphy Pavilion Lady, and enslaved them all. ch. 1845
House seized
When Fang Yuan collates Wu Shuai’s gains, he records that Wu Shuai suppressed and enslaved her and gained her Immortal Gu House Calligraphy Pavilion. Wu Shuai found the house so strong because many Qian Kun Crystal Wall fragments were stored inside. ch. 1848
