Bei Cao Sheng

At Wang tribe beside crescent lake, Wang tribe leader hears that Yan tribe has been wiped by Ge tribe and faces Bei tribe’s envoy: an old rank three Gu Master with wrinkled face, grey hair, and sunken dark eyes, named as an enslavement path expert with some reputation in Northern Plains. He states he represents the Bei, Zheng, and Pei alliance and asks Wang tribe to join and punish Ge tribe together. ^{ch. 477}

Appearance

Bei Cao Sheng is an old Gu Master. His face is filled with wrinkles. He has grey hair and sunken and dark eyes. ^{ch. 477}

Alliance pitch

He credits Ge tribe’s win to Chang Shan Yin, names Wolf King’s reduced wolf group and demonic path conduct as reasons to strike, and argues four allied tribes need not fear Ge tribe. He is Bei tribe’s political advisor there, and his words can incite people. He also names Bei tribe’s forest soldier corps, Zheng tribe’s lightning spear battle formation, and Pei tribe leader Pei Yan Fei at rank four peak stage as tools against an enslavement path opponent. Wang tribe leader stalls for at most three days of hospitality; Bei Cao Sheng leaves disappointed after pressing that delay lets Ge tribe digest its spoils. ^{ch. 478}

Wang tribe stay

While Wang tribe entertains him and rejects meetings, he keeps requesting the tribe leader and still treats alliance work as his mission. On the third day he meets Bei Cao Chuan and other Bei elders in person, admits Wang tribe will not join, and still claims the three tribes can handle Ge tribe alone. ^{ch. 484}
