Bai Sheng Jing

Bai Lian first names her when defending Fang Yuan against Bai Zhan Lie: Fang Yuan lent a clearing heat Gu, and without that help Bai Sheng Jing would not have recovered so quickly. The same night stretch treats her as Bai Lian’s friend who had been poisoned, which is why Bai Lian came to borrow that Gu. ^{ch. 218}

Hunting team and scouting

On Fang Yuan’s side of the hunting contest, Bai Lian and Bai Ning Bing sit at rank three while two other female Gu Masters of similar age hold rank two. Bai Sheng Jing is one of those rank two juniors. She is very grateful to Fang Yuan as the Gu Master who had been poisoned and then cured by his clearing heat Gu. ^{ch. 218}

She handles scouting and is lively about it, telling Fang Yuan they already know where the more precious prey sit and that he need only follow. The group follows her and kills many unusual beasts with little effort from him. On the return she asks whether Gu Yue clan is migrating to Bai Gu Mountain, praises him as gentle and refined against Bai Zhan Lie, and later tries to ease the worries Bai Lian’s talk has stirred. ^{ch. 218}

Back at camp their results beat Bai Zhan Lie’s side, matching what she had said. When the party later enters Bai Gu Mountain with the young masters, she remarks in the viewing image that the mountain seems peaceful after a long stretch without trouble. With Bai Lian and the others she does not notice Fang Yuan searching the ground in silence. ^{ch. 219}
