Song Yi Shi tries to block him, and the clash blows apart most of the volcano’s peak, breaking its barrier and flooding it with seawater. She fights the wreckage first. Then she dresses and gives chase, shouting that he cannot escape. Fang Yuan’s escape is extremely fast, but because the water is extremely deep, it still takes him a good while to reach the surface. ch. 895

Of the three, Fang Yuan is the happiest, and Yao Ge Pi’s arrival is an unexpected bonus. Song Yi Shi, a Song clan Gu Immortal doted on by Song Qi Yuan and pursued by many, makes ideal leverage for that plan. He reflects that the actual offense was only an unintended glance.
