Stream Veil

Song Yi Shi points a finger and names stream veil. Water vapor rises. The two streams look like long sleeves of dancing women, or like thin veils worn to cover a face, and they coil around Fang Yuan from both sides. ^{ch. 895}

It is an exceptional method to capture enemies. If it lands, getting free is hard. Fang Yuan will not let it near him. Star snake rope meets the streams, but stream veil is like water and drowns the star snakes. In a few breaths the snakes vanish, and the veil comes on again. Both moves are capturing methods.
