Front-back Divine Obstruction Needles

An enormous pure-white divine hedgehog rests in Divine Needle Valley with extremely sharp spines full of sword path dao marks. Those spines are rank eight immortal materials that can be plucked; every sharp spine is a front-back divine obstruction needle. In danger the beast shoots its spines and cannot put them back; new spines grow when it sleeps. Sleeping Lady keeps it in deep sleep after feeding it full and sells most needles to Meng tribe and Murong tribe, with a small portion listed in treasure yellow heaven. She plans to pluck four hundred and thirty-six of the longest spines this harvest, leaving short ones to grow, because the beast has over a thousand spines and needs some for battle strength. While Meng tribe searches the valley, someone strips the sleeping hedgehog bare of every needle. ^{ch. 1567}

A pile of the needles lies in Fang Yuan’s sovereign immortal aperture; he is the thief. Using familiar face as Sleeping Lady, he plucks all the spines, leaves the divine hedgehog alive, and leaves without taking the beast. ^{ch. 1568}

With drinking blade wine, edge Gu, and floating life fire, the needles complete the four main immortal materials for Myriad Self Immortal Gu. ^{ch. 1569}

After the drizzle forms in the Long Hair refinement, front-back divine obstruction needles and other immortal materials are tossed in with large numbers of mortal Gu. ^{ch. 1570}

After taking drinking blade wine and edge Gu from autumn blade plain, Fang Yuan still needs front-back divine obstruction needle and floating life fire among the four main Myriad Self materials. He goes to Divine Needle Valley, the artificial valley Sleeping Lady built for the sword path immemorial desolate beast divine hedgehog. After killing Sleeping Lady inside yama battlefield, he disguises himself as her and stores all of the front-back divine obstruction needles from the divine hedgehog. With the hedgehog’s battle strength collapsed, he suppresses the beast into his immortal aperture and uses pulling mountain Immortal Gu to take the entire valley as well. ^{ch. 1752}
