Hei Fan’s recorded information states that the ice itself is a newly created type of rank eight immortal material, created by Immortal Bing Ren, whom Hei Fan invited to seal his two Immortal Gu. One sealed Gu is rank six year Gu; the other is the rank eight time path Immortal Gu Years Flow Like Water, which appears as that flowing water inside the ice. ^{ch. 1129}
