Effect

Yan Tu opens his mouth and spurts large amounts of fuel oil, using all his strength without reservation. The oil pours like a small waterfall, becomes waves, and within seconds submerges the grassland battlefield, leaving a thick layer almost like a swamp outside the ice blade storm’s vicinity. The storm’s coldness is not enough to freeze the fuel oil, though it slows the oil’s momentum nearby and sends much of it flying as rain. He then brings fiery snakes back onto that soaked ground as part of pressing the fight. ^{ch. 314}
