Three Western Desert super forces each send a rank seven Gu Immortal expert against dragon crocodiles already in poor condition: Shi Kang, Zuo Qiu Yan Ming, and Tuoba Feng Yan. Shi Kang cultivates earth path while the other two cultivate fire path. The three work together for three days and nights to wipe out the group. By their clans’ agreement the immemorial dragon crocodile corpse goes to Zuo Qiu Yan Ming, who credits Brother Feng Yan’s plan for killing it with many dao marks preserved. After drinking, Shi Kang asks what they think of Wan clan gathering forces to attack Fang clan. Tuoba Feng Yan agrees with Zuo Qiu Yan Ming that Wan clan’s move will cause future problems. He notes that with the five regional walls gone, border clans are hard to push into a bold move, and that Fang clan is not weak: its first supreme elder has rank eight cultivation and the clan most excels in Immortal Gu Houses.
