Poison Breath is a poison path killer move Fairy Li Shan offers Fang Yuan. It turns a Gu Immortal's breathing into poisonous gas.
The move has little strength. Its advantage is sustainability. If enough time passes, a layer of poisonous gas covers the surroundings and keeps poisoning people and things nearby. It is easy to hurt oneself. An ordinary Gu Immortal has to protect and heal the nostrils, throat, and lungs. That weakness does not apply to an immortal zombie such as Fang Yuan. ch. 678

The version he uses here was modified from harboring malicious heart, uses Woman’s Heart as the core, has many flaws, and is of comparatively low value. He rarely uses it. ch. 1096
