Inside the sovereign immortal aperture, Fang Yuan practises qi path killer moves until, after more than ten breaths, he barely succeeds and unleashes Heavenly Astral Cloth Robe. It appears on the dragonman clone’s body and looks like normal clothing. The robe is thin yet its defense has rank eight power, even stronger than winter coat, though it cannot compare to reverse flow protection seal. ^{ch. 1817}

Dao mark amplification

This is a rank seven killer move, but after amplification from Fang Yuan’s one million qi path dao marks, its power has risen by a thousand times, and the expended immortal essence stays at rank seven level. The core Immortal Gu is only rank seven, and after that amplification the move reaches rank eight peak. Fang Yuan considers whether a rank eight core would reach rank nine after the same amplification, then judges the possibility small: rank nine killer moves most likely need rank nine Immortal Gu, and a million qi path dao marks cannot break through that far. ^{ch. 1817}

Immortal material use

After testing the robe, the dragonman clone looks into treasure yellow heaven to buy many qi path immortal materials. Many qi path killer moves need those materials. Heavenly astral cloth robe is one example: it needed a large amount of astral qi. Using dao marks inside immortal materials to unleash killer moves is not rare, and this trait is most evident in qi path: even with low qi path attainment, a Gu Master or Gu Immortal can use Gu materials in place of Gu worms to unleash killer moves, because qi path materials are the most mobile and simple to use. ^{ch. 1817}
