Stone heart liquid

A hibiscus stalactite produces a drop of stone heart liquid every year, and that liquid is a rank eight immortal material, more precious than the rank seven stalactite itself. Cutting the stalactite yields only the rank seven material; leaving it alone lets stone heart liquid accumulate over many years, and a rank eight immortal material is worth much more. ^{ch. 846}

In Central Continent’s True Yang mountain range, Mo Yao and Sword Immortal Bo Qing found a hibiscus stalactite in a cave after killing a group of desolate beasts. Mo Yao stopped Bo Qing from cutting it, and they set Gu formations to conceal the cave so stone heart liquid could gather. Fang Yuan later recovers that memory and notes that if the cave remained hidden, the stored rank eight stone heart liquid would be huge and coveted for sale or trade in treasure yellow heaven, but he does not go to take it at that time. ^{ch. 846}
