Red thread earthworm mission
Feng Jiang takes a mid-sized merit mission to quell a red thread earthworm calamity near the island so its ecology can return to normal. Holding back is required: unrestricted attacks would heavily damage the island and cut merit points. The earthworms dig their own tunnels through the hive walls instead of using existing holes, which damages the island. Passages grow narrower deeper inside, disadvantaging a fighting Gu Immortal. After yellow gyro bees help drive the worms out and Feng Jiang repairs and reinforces the hive, planting special flowers and releasing bees, the island becomes completely revitalized and is called a mid-sized resource point. Merit scoring still docks him for incomplete ecology work: surrounding sea areas are part of the mission scope, and fleeing earthworms may return.
