Seven Ghosts true inheritance

The Fierce Gorge Seven Ghosts are a seven-member demonic path group in Southern Border that has fought Wu clan across generations. As long as one member survives, the inheritance continues, and with time there are another six demonic immortals besides the survivor. The survivor bides their time patiently and fills the vacancies. Before the trap at Corpse Emperor Yu Ding Tian, much evidence already suggested their inheritance was very likely from Spectral Soul Demon Venerable. ^{ch. 2067}

Wu Yong uses the appearance of Corpse Emperor true inheritance on that mountain as bait, lures all seven into cardinal directional wind formation, and kills them. Their souls leave the corpses and merge into one immemorial soul beast: a bird whose whole body is completely black, with seven heads. Wu Yong identifies this as Seven Ghosts true inheritance, the incomplete product of Spectral Soul’s attempt to create the immemorial soul beast Seven-Seven Profound Soul Bird. He calls Clear Jade Dripping Wind Tiny Bamboo Building, which suppresses the bird. Its consciousness alternates between clear and chaotic. Before falling unconscious, it cries that it should not have trusted Lu Wei Yin. ^{ch. 2067}
