Man-beast Burial Gu

It looked like a black spider with furry long legs, but it had the head of a bear, and on its back there was a blood coloured tattoo outlining a young girl’s face, Gu Yue Yao Le’s face. ^{ch. 152}

The recipe needs about ten ingredients. The two that matter most are man and beast. The human must be a virgin girl with Gu Master aptitude at least C grade; A or B grade raises the chance of success. The beast side is an Enslavement Gu such as Bear Enslavement Gu, Wolf Enslavement Gu, Tiger Enslavement Gu, Deer Enslavement Gu, or Bull Enslavement Gu. Carnivores eat the body more easily, while herbivores need the Enslavement Gu to force the meal. After the beast eats her whole, down to the tiniest scrap for the greatest effect, refinement must start before digestion finishes. Fang Yuan forces a black bear through Single Aperture Charcoal Gu, Kerosene Gu, other merit-bought Gu, a rank two poison Gu, and about a thousand primeval stones until Man-beast Life Burial Gu forms. ^{ch. 152}

Fang Yuan had nearly spent his savings refining Man-beast Life Burial Gu before Chi faction money arrived. ^{ch. 155} After he uses Cleansing Water Gu, the side effect is gone, and his aptitude has fallen from 44% C grade by 2%, to 42%. ^{ch. 159}

Under Blood Skull Gu use he recalls that after Man-beast Life Burial Gu his aptitude had dropped from 44% C grade to 43%, then the blood stream raises aptitude by 10% to 53%. ^{ch. 198}

Fang Yuan lists man-beast burial Gu with liquor worm, four flavor liquor worm, relic Gu, and heavenly essence treasure lotus under the cultivation category of Gu. ^{ch. 214}
