Imperial Minister Su names the Immortal Gu as heaven’s envy Immortal Gu, a heaven path Immortal Gu grouped with similar heaven path Gu such as heaven’s rage. The seller’s side states it is rank seven before listing it on treasure yellow heaven, where Fang Yuan buys it after a luck resonance draws him to the listing. He begins forcing refinement with rank eight immortal essence, partially succeeds, and activates it while noting he still cannot fully utilize an only partly refined heaven path Immortal Gu. ch. 2121
Appearance
It seems made of crystals, looks like a flea, is as large as a fist, and curls up into a ball while staying still. ch. 2121 Under white litchi immortal essence it lets out light, crystal-like radiance; when refinement completes the curled crystal flea stretches and lies meekly on Fang Yuan’s palm. ch. 2135
Complete refinement
With accumulated unrestrained heavenly marks from helping subordinates through tribulations, Fang Yuan completely refines the rank seven Immortal Gu and judges himself likely the first person in history to do so. He treats heaven path as newly open before him, plans further investment in this Gu for the coming Crazed Demon Cave battle, and seeks a correct recipe through natural inspiration so he can raise it toward rank eight. ch. 2135
