Appearance
It looks like a giant water bug the size of a basin. It has a triangular head and short feelers, and under the feelers are two compound eyes shining in golden light. Its body is flat and oval, dark-red, with a sandy feel, and it is warm. It has three pairs of legs; the front pair is the strongest and looks like two thick pincers. ch. 1823
House formation
Fang Yuan spends an hour placing Immortal Gu Cook into the golden ball of light used to assemble the house. Immortal Gu House Cooking Luck Pot forms afterward at rank six. Even though rank seven Immortal Gu such as food path Immortal Gu Cook are used, the core luck path Immortal Gu are still rank six, so the house sits a little lower in rank. ch. 1823
