Spinefin star dragonfish are desolate beasts kept in Star Form blessed land. Fang Yuan uses one as the host body when relocating that blessed land.
Star Form blessed land has three desolate beast spinefin star dragonfish. Fang Yuan chooses the strongest one for the relocation Gu formations, then inspects its size, bone structure, flesh, and blood. The fish has been tamed since long ago, and floats obediently in the air without moving while he works. Its fish-like eyes are as large as horse carriages and shine with some starlight. ch. 900
Appearance
It has the size of an ordinary whale but looks like a carp. Its body is covered in blue fish scales, and bones protrude from its back along the spine, extending outwards. ch. 901
Blessed land host
Fang Yuan places four Immortal Gu on the chosen dragonfish according to the smaller Gu formation chart, then uses Old Immortal Kong Jue’s immortal aperture transplantation method so Star Form blessed land settles into the dragonfish as an immortal aperture. While carrying that aperture the beast cannot take in another immortal aperture or use Immortal Gu, moves at less than half its original speed, and dies when the aperture is removed, crumbling into meat and blood with its beast soul dispersed. A one-eyed giant ape injures the dragonfish during the move through Earth Abyss, so Fang Yuan places Star Form blessed land nearby and the host dies as the method requires. ch. 901
