Divine Bean Soldier is Divine Bean Palace's trump card. It is not an instant killer move. Bean seeds are planted and cared for until they grow into soldiers.
Fang Di Chang scatters yellow jade bean seeds on barren land inside Divine Bean Palace. The palace stores yellow jade bean seeds, green jade bean seeds, red jade bean seeds, and black jade bean seeds, as well as the rather special blue pea seeds and white frost broad bean seeds. Yellow jade bean seeds are the most basic type. After they are planted, they grow into yellow bean divine soldiers. ch. 1868
The mural’s land is not illusory. Divine Bean Palace contains painting path Immortal Gu. Bean sprouts planted in that painting grow into soldiers that leave the mural and arrive in the main hall once they mature. Water path immortal materials moisten the soil. Wood path immortal materials speed the seeds. When Chen Yi influenced Divine Bean Palace against Fang clan, he could not use this move and substituted soul beasts. ch. 1868
Soldier types
Fang Di Chang sends out divine bean soldiers saved inside Divine Bean Palace. Yellow bean soldiers are the most numerous and serve as cannon fodder. Green bean soldiers shoot flying arrows. Red bean soldiers can self-detonate. Black bean soldiers have the greatest defense. Blue bean soldiers can reflect killer moves to an extent. White bean soldiers can heal bean soldiers. Blue and white types are the fewest. ch. 1932

Divine Emperor City is not only defending itself. Immortal killer move Divine Bean Soldier is named. Yellow bean soldiers charge ahead, green bean soldiers shoot arrows like rain, red bean soldiers self-detonate, and black bean soldiers defend at the center, with blue and white bean soldiers mixed among them. Each time Lu Wei Yin attacks Divine Emperor City, these soldiers encircle him. His offensive killer moves cause great losses, and less than ten percent survive. ch. 2175
