Black-white water

Black-white water is among the rarer water resources of heavenly dew oasis and sits at the oasis center. It is a rank seven immortal material: white in daytime and black at night. Left exposed to the sky through day and night, it creates heavenly dew. If the nine heavens still stood, that same place would hold nine colored water instead. ^{ch. 1779}
