Appearance
In the western part of Hu Immortal blessed land, Fang Yuan digs soil, arranges Gu formations, and uses charcoal stones to build a large lake. The lake holds no water. Hot air rises from charcoal stones covering the lake bed, and when wind blows the black-grey stones shine with a red light. He names this lake charcoal lake. It is his second-best breeding ground for eerie fire dragon pythons; the optimal arrangement is the one used in Dong Fang tribe’s Jade Pool blessed land, which his wealth cannot yet support. He places the eerie fire dragon pythons inside and lets them develop. The charcoal lake fully occupies the center of the western part while hundreds of small poisonous blood lakes spread around it at set intervals. ch. 826
Fire Plain lakes
Fire Plain grotto-heaven has twenty-eight charcoal lakes distributed across it. Each placement is meticulously calculated. Fang Yuan once constructed his own charcoal lake, but it is inferior to any single charcoal lake of Fire Plain grotto-heaven. Those lakes are self-producing, and at their depths a large amount of immortal material fire charcoal is produced. ch. 2108
Meteor rain trigger
After Fire Plain grotto-heaven is annexed, fire rain in Mini Red Heaven becomes more frequent. One wave keeps growing and shoots through a charcoal lake, forming rank six level killer move meteor rain. ch. 2127 The fire rain’s dao marks and the charcoal lake’s dao marks merge. Because dao marks in the sovereign immortal aperture are harmonious rather than conflicting, the charcoal lake’s earth path dao marks do not restrain the fire rain, and the merged result becomes meteor fire rain. ch. 2140
