Blood Trace Immortal Gu is a blood path Immortal Gu created by Ding Qi and Ding Yan. It can show blood-shadow records of movements for investigation.
Ding Qi names blood trace Immortal Gu when he confronts Fang Yuan in the turbulent flow sea area, and he activates it there. ch. 1157
Effect
Fang Yuan asks how Ding Qi knew he took the inheritance, and Ding Qi answers that he has blood trace Immortal Gu. When Ding Qi activates it, blood colored shadows appear and form a series of movements: Fang Yuan entering a bubble and taking an information path inheritance. That showing draws Zhou Li and Tang Song’s anger toward Fang Yuan. ch. 1157
Ding Qi had also used blood trace Immortal Gu to make arrangements at the site before the larger chase closed in. ch. 1157
Origin

Later Fang Yuan lists blood trace Gu among his blood path Immortal Gu, with blood oath Gu. He states that Eastern Sea’s blood path demonic immortals Ding Yan and Ding Qi created them, that one was for investigation and the other could achieve an information path effect, that he did not obtain the recipes from them, that he knew those two Immortal Gu were destroyed, and that he refined them through natural inspiration plus his own deductions. ch. 2252
