A heaven vein is the heaven-side counterpart to an earth vein. Grotto-heavens seated on heaven veins draw nourishment and resources from those channels.

Two heavens nourishment
Heavenly Court immortals state the same triad: humans have human veins, the earth has earth veins, and heaven has heaven veins. The two heavens’ grotto-heavens sit on heaven veins, so those apertures are nourished by the veins and produce even more resources. As the five regions unify and earth veins become one, heaven veins are also merging into one, though that change is not very apparent at first. Qi harvest fruits appear in those grotto-heavens because they sit on heaven veins and take the initial impact; relocating away from the veins should at least stop further growth of those fruits. ch. 2001
Vein nodes
Three grotto-heavens are described as rich and deeply founded because they sit on nodes of heaven veins and have been cared for by heaven’s will for many years. ch. 2072 Almost all such grotto-heavens sit on heaven veins, so qi tides tied to those veins cause them major trouble with qi harvest fruits. ch. 2073
After merging
Even after the five regional walls vanish, earth veins merge, and heaven veins merge, some resource points remain barely affected. ch. 2109 The paired ground channel is covered on earth vein.
