Dream Within Dream is a dream path killer move of Immortal Gu House Dragon Palace.
The killer move targets dream realms instead of living beings. After activating it, a deeper layer of dream realm forms within a dream realm, which allows one to modify dream realms. Wu Shuai used it to modify Dragon Palace’s dream realm, creating a dream within a dream. When Fang Yuan’s dragonman clone explored that realm, he faced this type of dream constantly. That made the dream much more complex, and easier for the explorer to lose themselves and succumb. The dragonman clone’s exploration, becoming Wu Shuai while Wu Shuai went into another dream to gain dream revelations, was this move’s power. The dream realm that shrouded Dragon Palace was the power of Dream Token itself. ch. 1848
Fang Yuan’s thoughts while collating these gains are on dream realm explorations. He could modify those dream realms to create a dream within a dream. Those inner dreams would be created by him and belong to him, so he could construct a safe zone in the dream realm to recuperate or recover. Dream Token, dreamy light smoke, dream within dream, and dream revelation are his dream path gains from the house. The killer moves are part of Dragon Palace, which makes them convenient to use at will without much practice. ch. 1848
Soul defense
Meng Qiu Zhen explores a dream realm inside the sovereign immortal aperture. After an intense battle, the young man whose body he inhabits pulls the veil from the fallen opponent and finds his own father. The father dies after driving him toward hatred, and agony blue heart flame on the young man’s body expands to at least ten times its earlier intensity. Meng Qiu Zhen’s soul is still in the dream. Sadness, anger, and hatred pour in, and he starts to lose his grip. ch. 2103
He uses a dream path immortal killer move to defend his soul. In a newly created dream within a dream, he is in a large room that breaks out in blue flames. He extinguishes the fire until the house is burned to a crisp except for an intact guest room. He then dispels the killer move dream within dream and returns to the original dream realm. The final hurdle of that dream was fatal enough that he nearly forgot reality and the dream completely. His main body stays outside to guard against accidents. ch. 2103
