Contest with Steel Thread City
After several rounds Hua Feng City wins all of its matches and Steel Thread City loses all of theirs. Hua Feng City Lord drinks casually while Steel Thread City Lord fears years of pressure if they take no wins. For the last match he chooses Gu refinement as the content, citing hairy man tradition. Mao Shi Ba is Hua Feng City’s final and strongest Gu Master in that round. Fang Zheng still wins the refinement contest for Steel Thread City, and hairy men on both sides struggle to accept that a human defeated an expert hairy man Gu Master at Gu refinement. ch. 1050
